Refund / Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled before the shipping is made are eligible for Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. We ship the product the same day of receiving the order; it can be cancelled only if you immediately contact us through email. Cancellations made after 4 hours of placing the order will not be accepted.

Damaged Product
This happens very rarely. But if you do receive a damaged product, you can return the product to us and we will send across a replacement or process a refund if the item is not available in stock. You might be asked for images of the damaged product during the process. The customer will need to send back the product at their cost.

For products with defects, broken, incorrect items shipped and needs exchange, please contact us through email for the same. The customer will need to send back the product at their cost.
Once we receive the product the exchange process will start.
If the product is presented for exchange then it will be replaced with the same product or product of the same value. We have a 5 days exchange policy & we reserve the right to refund the order (in the form of King Stone e-vouchers), if we do not have the stock for a particular requested item. All the return shipments should contain the
original tags, packaging etc. as it was sent and the product should be well sealed before you hand it to the courier.

Return Shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

Please do take care that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service. Once your return is received by us, the same is inspected and the refund is processed. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received the returned item.

In any of the cases, Return/ Exchange/ Cancellation, the refund will be done only in the mode of e-vouchers and in no circumstance refund will be done in cash.
